FIFA 3G Pitch Testing – Sao Tome & Principe Island FIFA Goals Project
Surface Performance Ltd were recently appointed by FIFA to carry out the certification and testing to the FIFA goals project in Sao Tome & Principe Island.
This was a challenging but rewarding project for the main contractor (Edel Grass) due to the isolated location of the beautiful island of Principe which is situated off the West coast of Africa in the Gulf of Guinea. The Island has a population of around 6000 who now have the privilege of playing on a FIFA certified 3G playing surface.
